About the Fan Club

MISSION:
To support and help Kenshin Kawakami become acclimated with the people, culture, and lifestyle of Atlanta, and to promote the success of Kenshin Kawakami and the Atlanta Braves.

設立趣旨:
当ファンクラブは、日本プロ野球、中日ドラゴンズよりMLBに挑戦するためアトランタブレーブスに入団した川上憲伸投手を歓迎し、ブレーブスで日本と同じようにまた、更なる活躍が出来るようアトランタでの生活に慣れ親しんでもらえる環境を提供していこうという有志の集まりです。
また、アトランタブレーブス、川上憲伸投手の応援、支援を通し、会員間の交流、親睦を深め、アトランタ全体の地域社会ををより充実して楽しいものにしていくことも、活動の一環と考えております。

GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
- Recruit members interested in baseball and fans of Kenshin Kawakami, and encourage active participation of club activities while supporting Kenshin Kawakami and the Atlanta Braves

- Organize and develop events/programs to increase level of appreciation and enthusiasm for Kenshin Kawakami and the Atlanta Braves

- Attend home games when Kenshin Kawakami is scheduled to pitch, and coordinate viewing outings when Kenshin is schedule to pitch during road games

- Coordinate community events in collaboration with the Atlanta Braves

- Promote tourism and stimulate visitors from Japan to make travel arrangements to Atlanta to support Kenshin Kawakami

- Develop business relationships with Japanese and American companies to increase business opportunities for Kenshin Kawakami and the Atlanta Braves

基本方針:
-　アトランタブレーブスファン、川上憲伸投手ファンを募り、川上憲伸投手及びアトランタブレーブスをサポートすると同時に当ファンクラブ活動への参加を奨励する。

-　川上憲伸投手とアトランタブレーブスにファンの熱意を伝えるような数々のイベントを企画する。

-　川上憲伸投手のホームゲームでの登板予定日に球場にてグループでの試合観戦、そして、ロードゲームでの登板予定日には合同テレビ観戦を実施する。

-　アトランタブレーブスと協力して地域交流イベントの実施する。

-　川上憲伸投手の支援を通じて多くの来訪者を呼び寄せる土台を作り、アトランタ観光の活性化を図る。

-　日本企業、アメリカ企業とのビジネス関係を構築し、川上憲伸投手及びアトランタブレーブスと企業間のビジネス交流を図る。
